When will my product ship? 

Once your order has been received, we'll begin work on your piece and ship it within two weeks of ordering.  If you need an order more quickly, please contact us at info@personalizeit.org or 314-717-1695 regarding a rush order and we will do our best to accommodate you!

What is my shipping cost?

Many of our products tend to be heavy, driving shipping costs up, and we consistently lose money on shipping.  In order to minimize our costs and still offer a reasonable shipping rate to you, we've set up the following flat-rate shipping system*

$0.00-$49.99 orders	$6 Shipping Charge
$50.00-$149.99 orders	$10 Shipping Charge
$149 + orders*	$15 Shipping Charge

 *some special orders will have increased bulk or oversize shipping charges collected from the customer before progressing with the order

I have a specific design in mind, do you take custom orders?

We love new ideas for products to offer!  Please contact us at info@personalizeit.org or 314-717-1695 if you have an idea you would like to share!

I would like to order for a large group of people...Do you offer any volume discounts?

We do offer volume discounts!  Contact us to discuss the details of what you are looking for for your group, and get a quote for your product and volume needed.  If you'd like to order something for a group but aren't exactly sure what, we can help generate ideas and give you quotes to consider.
